I am a Manufacturing and Operations (Supply Chain) Manager with hands-on experience and a proven record as a Mfg./Ops/TQS Process Engineer (Lean SixSigma leader), have driven efficient operations (supply chain) by implementing cost savings, managing complex projects, leading cross-functional team(s); safety/security, plant improvement, supply chain supplier development, prototyping, technology and people development, change/risk assessments, and TPM (total productive maintenance/manufacturing).

Over the course of my career I have leveraged highly transferable skills (Lean/SixSigma/TOC) to excel in an ever-evolving Defense, Aerospace, Industrial, and Automotive/Marine precision CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication and coating manufacturing environments.

• Project Management; As a SixSigma Green Belt, I develop and implement process improvements (Lean/Agile) to enhance productivity and profitability, align tasks with operational needs, and improve cost efficiency. • Business Development; I have successfully consolidated business locations (TOC), upgraded existing facility (SixSigma), and modernized processes (5S+1 or 6S Lean) to support continued growth while maintaining operational stability ($2,000,000 P&L improvement). With full accountability as Facilitator/General Contractor deliver project on time and on budget while optimizing factory workflow (facility upgrade $2,900,000 capital budget responsibility).
