Mass-customised optical metasurfaces (Keynote Presentation)
26 April 2023 • 11:30 - 12:10 CEST | Aquarius
Abstract
Fabrication costs may limit applications of optical metasurfaces. This may be addressed by mass customization where identical metasurface or meta-film templates are manufactured by low cost replication techiques, such as nanoimprint lithography, and differentiated for specific optical functionality by post-processing. High resolution and high throughput structural color prints as well as transparent flat optical elements are demonstrated.
