3D printing in the lighting industry: from fixturing to lenses

Abstract
The lighting industry continues to adopt the 3D Printers to use in many aspects of their product design and development. From prototypes of lighting fixtures to custom tools to assist in the manufacturing process to creating clear lenses with additive manufacturing technologies. This presentation will show use cases in the lighting industry and the exciting advances in the 3D World.

Bio Jesse Roitenberg is the Director of Education in the Americas for Stratasys and has been in this role for the past 4 years. Previous roles in Stratasys have included marketing for the Dimension team, various roles in channel management and leadership roles on the Stratasys education team. Jesse has been the AM business for 19 years. Before working in Additive, Jesse taught middle school math and science. He has a bachelors degree from the University of Minnesota.
