OPTAplus is an optical components manufacturing company situated in Sofia, Bulgaria. We provide to our customers optical and mechanical details, clean assembling and design and optimization of opto-mechanical systems. Our main products are lenses, doublets, windows and wedges, prisms, filters, mirrors etc. Using latest generation metrology equipment and effective manufacturing technologies, we are able to achieve highest specifications, including such for laser applications.
We pay special attention to trainings and motivation of our people. All processes in the company are based on the international standard ISO 9001:2015. Our basic principles are as follows:
All of our optical and opto-mechanical components are being inspected before shipment;
All of the components are supplied with standard inspection reports or a certain one, required from the customer, material certificates and coating inspection reports, witness samples etc.
We believe that the most precise metrology and continuous inspection at all stages of production process is the key for success in our business. We are proud to have a metrology department, equipped at a very high level, including integrated quality system IQC which collects the data from all inspection devices (ineterferometers, collimators, devices for mechanical dimension etc.) and creates automatically the inspection report. After implentation of IQC we improved our rejection rate to less than one %.
