Profile Summary

Dr. Jinbo Pang is a full professor in Institute for Advanced Interdisciplinary Research (iAIR), University of Jinan, China since November 2022. He was awarded Doctor’s degree in Technical University of Dresden (TU Dresden) Germany in March 2017. His PhD thesis has titled Thermal deposition approaches for graphene growth over various substrates. Then he did a postdoc study in Leibniz Institute for Solid State and Materials Research Dresden (IFW Dresden), Germany from March 2017 to end of the year 2017. Next, he joined as an assistant professor in University of Jinan from January 2018 to November 2022.
He was awarded the fund titled Natural Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars, Shandong Province in 2022.
His research interests cover CVD synthesis, electronics, optoelectronics and information applications of graphene and other novel 2D materials.
He serves as a member of Youth Editorial Board in the journal eScience (published by Elsevier) since November 2022.
He has published over 63 peer reviewed paper and 31 as first author or corresponding author, such as Chem. Soc. Rev., Adv. Energy Mater., InfoMat, ACS Nano, ACS Energy Lett., Nano-Micro Lett., Nano Res., ACS Sens., Adv. Optical Mater., Nano Energy, Sol. Energy Mater. Sol. Cells, Appl. Energy, J. Power Sources, ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces etc., which were cited over 3901 times (H index=31, Google Scholar).
