Duo Li joined MIT EECS Ph.D. program in 2008, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Optics and Quantum Electronics (OQE) Group under the supervision of Professor Franz X. Kärtner. Before studying at MIT, Duo has earned his B.S. degree in Information Engineering at Zhejiang University (Hangzhou, China) in 2005, and M.S. degree in Optical Engineering at Tsinghua University (Beijing, China) in 2008 under the supervision of Professor Shulian Zhang. His research interests include Ultrafast Optics, Microwave Photonics, and Metrology.
