    Conference onsite vs online

    We wish we could say definitively, but at this point SPIE is preparing to go in a whatever direction best meets global safety protocols. We will provide a way for your work to be shared regardless of the platform.

    The decision will be announced no later than mid-December.

    Registration will open 4 January 2021.

    There will be a pricing structure to accommodate the different registration options.

    Presenting remotely may be an option if we move to a digital forum model. Those directions will be provided to authors once that decision is announced.

    Any specific refund options will be specified on 4 January and those details will be posted on the meeting Registration page. Any further assistance will be handled by SPIE Customer Service help@spie.org

    Current food and beverage offerings include ARLO, Lobby Bar, The MRKT, Pool and in-room dining. Seating in dining outlets is limited to patio only and has been arranged to accommodate physical distancing.
