Conference Dinner Sponsor - $10,000
The Conference Dinner will be the premier social event of the ANZCOP 2019 Conference. The dinner will be held on evening of Tuesday 10th December. This package will allow you to promote your company to delegates in a relaxed social atmosphere.
Entitlements include –
Exclusive naming rights to the Conference Dinner with logo printed on the dinner signage menus and/or tickets
• 2 tickets to the conference dinner
• Opportunity to welcome and address guests at the conference dinner (maximum 5 minute address)
Welcome Reception Sponsor - $5,000
The Welcome Reception will be held on the first evening of the conference (Sunday 8th December). This will be the networking event that launches the conference and will be attended by all delegates. This opportunity affords the sponsor the opportunity to make an impact on delegates early in the conference.
Entitlements include –
• Acknowledgement as a welcome reception session sponsor on all conference material
• Sponsor literature display table during the welcome reception
• Opportunity to welcome the delegates to the Welcome Reception (maximum 5 minute address)
Poster Session - $3,000 (maximum of 2)
There are two Sponsor Poster Sessions opportunities. One poster session will be held on Monday 9th December and the other session will be held on Wednesday 11th December. It is anticipated that over 50 posters will be displayed at each of the two poster sessions. Each of these opportunities afford the sponsor the opportunity to make an impact on delegates in a highly social and engaging part of the conference.
