Downloadable products (proceedings papers or recordings; journal articles; online courses; etc.) are not accepted for return.
For print books, you may return items in new condition within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund. Authorized resellers may return books within 1 year from the date the order was shipped. Please include the original order number or packing slip. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), SPIE will issue a call tag to have the item picked up for return.
Please note that if there is anything wrong with your order, you must contact Customer Service within 30 days of the shipment date.
