Profile Summary

Currently I am a student conducting research at the pluripotent stem cell engineering laboratory in cooperation with Dr Xiaojun Lian. The lab is located at the Millenium Science Complex in University Park Pennsylvania. The mission and vision of our lab is to deliver on the promise of pluripotent stem cells, genome editing technologies and animal models to create a new generation of transformative medicines for patients. Outside of the lab, I enjoy studying theoretical physics and its potential biological applications as well as language with respect to mathematics, neural biology, and intra-special dictated communications in homo sapiens. I live a very unassuming life and devote myself to curiosity and finding the answers to some of natures most intimate secrets in the hopes that collaborating and sharing will fascinate more fellow beings and allow them to realize the potentials contained in science and the tremendous impact it has on the current state of affairs. I strive to inspire other members of the species that being a "scientist" is intrinsic and requires only questions and a questioning attitude. My favorite quote is that of Albert Einstein "The intuitive mind is a gift, and the rational mind is its faithful servant, we have created a society that honors the servant but has forgotten the gift." The gift of science is truly unique and one that should never be forgotten.
