-Extensive R&D experience in photonics and optoelectronics.
-Led three major projects in Ph.D. and one in the consumer electronics industry.
-Co-developed and licensed a compact/ low cost/tunable infrared thermal emitter (Intex Inc).
-Designed and developed a low-cost opto-mechanical characterization system (Apple Inc.).
-Recently involved in fabrication of high-speed electrodes for hybrid sol-gel/electro-optic polymer modulator and
-Investigating efficient designs for 10x improvement in Faraday rotation signal for current sensors in smart-grids.
