Dr. Samit Kumar Gupta

Samit Kumar Gupta earned his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, subsequently working as Postdoctoral Fellow at Nanjing University in China, and SERB National Postdoctoral Fellow in India. Currently, he is pursuing Postdoctoral Research at University of Lisbon, Portugal.
He has been keen on some basic and simple manifestations of natural laws and phenomena, especially spontaneous pattern formation, symmetry and topology. It took him to the wonders of space and time, and its intricate symmetry, light, and the way light interacts with matter.
