I've been fortunate to have thirty-plus years in the laser manufacturing field, mostly in the optics area. This includes thin-film production and R&D areas, surface quality & metrology, including functional laser testing, optical assembly, packaging, process documentation, station preventative maintenance and calibration, use of SAP for purchase requests and status for ship scheduling. I have a Laser Technician Level 1 Cert from San Jose City College, Functional Laser Test Cert from NIST, Bachelor of Arts from San Jose State University. I have had an Audit Cert from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
