He was deputy of director of laser research center of dentistry (2010-2014) and also founder and head of first fellowship course of laser in dentistry, Tehran University of medical sciences in Iran. He is member of the steering committee National Research Network of Lasers Medicine in Ministry of Health of Iran. He serves on the associate editor of Photobiomodulation and photomedicine and Laser Surgery Journal and also on the editorial boards of Photodiagnosis and Photodynamic Therapy Journal & six international scientific journals and reviewer in more than 15 international & National scientific journals.
He has already published 161 articles in international and national scientific journals and has presented more than 337 presentations in internationals and national congress and also published 9 chapters in international books. He was founder and head of national committee of laser in dentistry of Ministry of health and medical Education of Iran 2008-2014. He was president of 5 national congresses of Laser in medical sciences and head of WFLD-AP first international Symposium of laser in dentistry (Tehran-May 2015). He is chairman of 9th world congress of SOLA in April 2017-Tehran, Iran.
He has received more than 11 country and university awards and received honorary Fellowship of International College of Dentistry award from ICD in 2016.
