 My specific area operations of syngas production ,syngas treatment, fired heater, booster & recycle compressors, shell & tube rectors, sour water treatment ,water distillation unit, light ends stripper unit, flushing & sealing oil unit, closed draining system, blow down & condensate systems, high capacity pumps & compressors ( centrifugal, reciprocating, Refrigeration ) , Ethylene Oxide Reactors, Recycle gas compressors, strippers, Absorbers ,flash drums, Regenerators, Ethylene Glycol Reactors, Evaporations, drying & MEG,DEG TEG vacuum distillation units.. Chiller unit (compressor unit & glycol water unit package), cation exchangers, anion exchangers, aldehyde removal unit, all type of pumps & cryogenic equipments, Expansion turbine ,Adsorbers, Operation of Catalytic reactors( multi-tubular reactor) , Steam generation drums, non catalytic reactors(hollow pipe reactor), Regenerators, strippers, absorbers, evaporators, Frictional distillation columns, vacuum distillation columns, tray & packed columns, , ejectors, plate heat exchangers, air heat exchangers, coolers & cold box.
 Developed, review & follow-up standard operating procedures (SOP’S) for safe start-up, shutdown, normal operation, emergency shutdown & trouble shooting of the plant.
 Preparation, review & follow-up of Work execution flow sheet and procedures for the Pre-commissioning & commissioning of the plant.
 Reviews & functional testing in field & DCS of DCS Process Graphics ,PID, Ratio, Cascade, Split controllers & complex loop, alarms, Interlocks, cause & Effect, ESD,SIS, Fire & Gas, PLC, RIB,FAR ,Yokogawa & Honeywell DCS operating systems
