Dr. Paulo Roriz

Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Aveiro (2013). Graduated (1993) and M.Sc. (1996) in Sports by the Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto. Assistant Professor at the Instituto Universitário da Maia-ISMAI. Researcher at INESC Porto Optoelectronics and Electronic Systems Unit. Research interests are within fiber optic sensors for biomechanical and biomedical applications, spine biomechanics and locomotion. Member of SPIE (ID 3481791) and former vice-president of the UP-SPIE Chapter.
