BinOptics manufactures 830nm, 1310nm and 1550nm lasers. Laser modulation speeds from 1Gbps to 10Gbps are available. Over 25 million of lasers have been sold to the Telecom industry. BinOptics uses the proprietary Etch-Facet technology for the laser manufacturing, which allows the company to achieve high reproducibility, high volume, low cost, more flexibility for product design and integration, and highly reliable than other approaches.
