Noman Ahmed Khan

I am currently majoring in Engineering Sciences with a minor in Lasers and Opto-electronics and have maintained a cumulative 3.33 GPA. I am a topper of my Faculty with an outstanding academic achievement during my first 3 years at Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology.

I have strong technical skills besides I also possess strong analytical skills and enjoy the challenges associated with corporate financial analysis and decision making. I love leadership roles and responsibilities include speaking to large groups, interacting with national executives, and working within a team environment.

In my extracurricular and academic activities I have used several business applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point to analyze data for reports and conduct presentations to faculty, students and staff. I believe my experience in data analysis, analytical problem solving, and interpersonal communications can be a successful asset in your company.

Work Experience:
Interned at SSGC (Measurement Deptt) (June, 2013): Worked in the Remote monitoring section, Maintenance and EVC’s. Experience in Installation, Data Downloading of EVC’s. Billing procedure and the structural view of 4C Wireless Modem. Transfer of gas from POD’s to the Customers.

Co Curricular Activities:
 Executive Member of SPIE GIKI CHAPTER (Society of Photo-optical Instrumentation Engineers).
 Member of IAESTE (International Association for Exchange of Students for Technical ) in GIKI
 Member of Faculty of Engineering Sciences Mentoring Council.
 Gave 2 tutorials on Calculus in the class of 70 students.

Award and Achievements:
 First Rank in Faculty according to CGPA.
 Placed in the FES Dean’s Honor List in 5th Semester (SGPA 3.82).
 Successfully completed the Microsoft Unlimited Potential Curriculum (1st Position).
 Got 190/200 (95%) in Mathematics (Intermediate).
