Prof. Min Ren

I am currently working as a Research Associate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Virginia. I received my Ph.D. in Science from State Key Laboratory of Precision Spectroscopy, East China Normal University, Shanghai, China, 2013.

My research interest includes III-V and IV-IV materials-based Avalanche Photodiodes, Single Photon Counting Devices and Technologies, Quantum Optics, Quantum Communication, Laser Ranging and Imaging, and LIDAR.
