Mark Witteveen

I am currently working at the NKI-AVL on hyperspectral imaging and other light based imaging techniques for aid in surgical navigation. My background lies in medical physics in general, but my focus for my PhD is on light imaging techniques. My interests outside of optics lies with the integration of machine learning and visualization of data, as I believe these to be the next important step for integrating new techniques into a surgeon's workflow, which will ultimately benefit the patient.
