Kei Utsugi received a BE and ME in mathematical engineering from the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 1988 and 2000, respectively. His research interest is human perceptions and visualization. He has been engaged in research on human interfaces, computer graphics, and the brain-computer interface at the Systems Development Laboratory, Hitachi, Ltd.
