Dr. Katherine E. Seery

I work as a Data Science Solutions Architect at Apogee Engineering working on proposals and solutions for a variety of applications. I have a PhD in Astrophysical Sciences and Technology and a Masters in Imaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. I received my Bachelors in Physics and Mathematics with a minor in Astronomy at Alfred University. My dissertation was focused on working in detectors, specifically developing a low-cost Terahertz detector for a variety of applications.
