Gregory Shlyuger is a Head Architect of Analytics and Data Management at Mount Sinai Health System, serving as the lead architect for the Performance Payment and Analytics Program (DSRIP), with responsibility and oversight of all architectural activities for the program.
Gregory is a 25-year experienced technologist focused on providing thought leadership, best practices, and architecture guidance around Enterprise Architecture, Blockchain, Big Data Analytics, and Cloud Computing for enterprise-wide mission-critical systems within the investment banking, transaction payment, healthcare, insurance and automotive industry.
Gregory holds MS in Computer Science and Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligent from Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry.
