Student Chapter Leadership Workshop

200 students invaded San Diego this year to take part in the 10th Annual Student Chapter Leadership Workshop at SPIE Optics + Photonics! The workshop began early on Saturday, 20 August at the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina.

2011 Student Chapter Leadership Workshop

Given the large number of student attendees, chapter leaders were divided into two groups for the morning and afternoon sessions; alternating topics. Also, since this was the 10th annual workshop, SPIE Student Services invited ten chapter alumni to join the event as group facilitators. Click here to learn more about the alumni.

See photos from the workshop and keep up-to-date on future student events by following our Facebook page and Twitter feed.
