Registration payments

If you are planning to register onsite, please do so at the “Need to Register” laptop station.

    • Your credit card payment will be processed during registration.
    • If you wish to pay with cash or check, you will be directed to the Cashier once you have completed registration for final payment.

If you have already registered and wish to add a course, workshop, or special event, you may do this online by signing into your SPIE account.


Receipt and Certificate of Attendance

Preregistered attendees who need an SPIE-stamped receipt or attendees who need a Certificate of Attendance may obtain those at the Cashier.


Badge Corrections

Badge corrections can be made at the Cashier. Please mark your badge with your changes before approaching the counter.

Speaker Check-in and Preview Station 

Room Etive, Ground Floor - Open during Registration hours

All presenters must upload their presentation slides at least two hours before their scheduled talk, or the day before if they present in the first session. Stop at Speaker Preview onsite to upload and test your file(s) at a preview station. Authors are not able to present using their own devices. All conference rooms are equipped with a laptop, projector, screen, lapel microphone, and laser pointer.

Internet access 

Lobbies, Meeting Rooms, Exhibition Hall, and Registration area 
Complimentary wireless internet access is provided in the Concourse, meeting rooms, exhibition hall, and Registration area. Speed is dependent on number of users.

SPIE conference app information

This useful tool allows you to search and browse the program, special events, participants, exhibitors, courses, and more.  It is free and available for iPhone and Android phones. If you don't already have the app you can download it here.

Next to the Loch Suite entrance on the Concourse (Ground Level)

Services include tourist information, souvenirs, and general internet access and printing.

Quiet room and Mothers' Room

Quiet Rooms are intended for silent meditation, reflection, or prayer, and a room for mothers is available through registration. Please speak to the General Information desk.

Lost and found

General Information Desk, Hall 4 - open during registration hours
Found items will be kept at the general information desk for the duration of the meeting. At the end of the day, all found items will be turned over to the Business Centre.

Food and beverage services

Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the Lomond Foyer from 13:30 – 17:30.
Snacks can be purchased on the Concourse.
 
Wednesday, 29 September, and Thursday, 30 September 2021
Complimentary coffee is available in the exhibition hall during exhibition opening hours.
Takeaway food can be purchased at the outlet in the back of Hall 4.
