Your to-do list leading up to the conference

Thank you for your participation in the 2021 SPIE/COS Photonics Asia symposium. 
 
Please review the information below to make your selection and prepare your participation.
 
All submitted content will be available during the event and published in the SPIE Digital Library
All presentation recordings uploaded before the conference, and poster PDFs/optional preview videos will be available for on-demand viewing during the event and published and archived in the conference proceedings in the SPIE Digital Library. See the oral presentation and poster presentation pages for full description of options.
 
Note that all presenters must register for the conference 
  • Registration is required for all in-person and remote participants (including keynote, invited, oral, poster, and student authors)
  • Registration is required before submitting your presentation video, poster PDF, and manuscript

Abstract due date extended 7 June 2021
Author notification for advance program  12 July 2021
Submission system opens for presentations and manuscripts*  23 August 2021

Two paths for participation at SPIE/COS Photonics Asia
In-person speakers - oral and poster presentations
  • Oral speakers who attend in person will present to the in-person audience. Oral speakers will also upload a presentation video before the conference which will be available on demand to all in-person and remote attendees
  • Poster presenters attending in person will present to the live audience, and their uploaded poster PDFs and optional preview videos will be available on demand to all in-person and remote attendees.
Remote speakers (available only to authors outside of China) - oral and poster presentations
  • All remote presentations are pre-recorded and available on demand; these are not presented during the live program. Speakers who attend online only will submit a recorded presentation video or a poster PDF with an optional recorded poster preview video, which will be available on demand to all in-person and remote attendees.
