Prepare to Present at the Conference

Request an official invitation letter from the Chinese Optical Society: PA19 Invitation Letter Request Form PDF

-  DOWNLOAD and fill out the PA19 Invitation Letter Request Form
 -  Send completed form to Fei Tong of the Chinese Optical Society at tongfei@cast.org.cn
-  All Invitation Letters will be sent as PDF via email within fifteen business days
 -  Only authors listed on an accepted paper may request invitation letters
 -  Invitation letters are processed and sent based on the order the requests are received

• Apply for a China Travel Visa (if required)

• Register for the conference

• Book your lodging

• Prepare your poster presentation(s) Poster Presentation Guidelines

• Prepare oral presentation(s): Oral Presentation Guidelines

• View the SPIE Anti-Harassment Policy and SPIE Code of Conduct
