Pricing 

Registration Pricing and Dates
All online charges are made in US dollars at the current exchange rate. Conference registration prices increase by $150 USD (Students $75, Course pricing increases $75) after 24 January 2020. The online form will automatically display the increased prices.

*Both Full Conference and Courses only registration allow the ability to add on special events and other items to a registration. For more details see FAQs below. 

**Proceedings available 3 to 4 weeks after the event ends.


Course and Workshop Registration

 •   Courses and workshops are priced separately. Course prices include applicable taxes
 •   Course-only registration includes your selected course(s), course notes, and coffee breaks.
 •   Course prices increase $75 after Friday, 24 January 2020.
  Onsite, please go to the registration desk after you pick up your badge. Allow yourself enough time to register,
  pick up your materials and get to your course.

SPIE Member, SPIE Student Member, and Student Pricing

SPIE Members receive conference and course registration discounts. Discounts are applied at the time of registration.

SPIE Student Members receive a 60% discount on all courses.

Student registration rates are available only to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students. A student ID number or proof of student status is required with your registration.


SPIE Cashier
Registration Desk, Atlas Foyer - open during registration hours

 •   Registration Payments 
  If you are paying by cash or check as part of your onsite registration, wish to add a course, workshop, or
  special event requiring payment, or have questions regarding your registration, visit the SPIE Cashier.
 •   Receipts and Certificate of Attendance
  Preregistered attendees who did not receive a receipt or attendees who need a Certificate of Attendance
  may obtain those from the SPIE Cashier at Registration.
 •   Badge Corrections
  Badge corrections can be made by the SPIE Cashier at Registration. Please have your badge removed from the
  badge holder and marked with your changes before approaching the counter.

Refund Information
There is a $50 USD service charge for processing refunds. Requests for refunds must be received by 6 February 2020. All registration fees will be forfeited after this date. Membership dues, SPIE Digital Library subscriptions or Special Events purchased are not refundable.


U.S. Government Credit Cards
U.S. Government credit card users: have your purchasing officer contact the credit card company and get prior authorization before attempting to register. Advise your purchasing agent that SPIE is considered a 5968 company for authorization purposes.


FAQs

Download and fill out the PDF registration form (link above). Email or fax the form to SPIE Customer Service for an invoice and bank details (contact information is on the form).

Use the PDF to complete registrations for individuals or multiple people where you don't have login information for their account/s. If paying by credit card, fill out the PDF for each person and send it/them to SPIE customer service (contact information is on the form).

Add on items include: welcome reception guest admission tickets, digital library subscription, and additional online Proceedings. Not all registration types have access to all add on items. For example, an Exhibition only badge will not have access to welcome reception guest tickets or additional online proceedings options.

Yes, unless otherwise noted, items listed on the onsite services page are accessible to everyone.
