1. Submit an Abstract

Abstract Due Date: 9 January 2019

• Read the Submission Guidelines (Conditions for Acceptance, Abstract Instructions, Program Placement, and Publication Information)
• Click "Submit an Abstract" from within the conference page, and you will be prompted to sign in to your spie.org account to complete the submission wizard

Official notifications will be sent via e-mail to Contact Authors of accepted presentations the week of 22 March 2019.

2. Prepare to Present at the Conference

• Apply for a US Visa and/or request an Invitation Letter
• Prepare your presentation and preregister for the conference.
• SPIE Anti-Harassment Policy
• SPIE Code of Conduct

• Submit your copyright form
