Registration is now closed. Visit the registration web page for a listing of the fees for the 2021 Digital Forum.

No, one registration will cover you across all of the papers you may be presenting.

Yes, registration is required for co-authors if they wish to access the Digital Forum content online.

Yes. Invited presentations require registration. Before you can upload your presentation, you will need to register.

Refund options will be specified in early January and those details will be posted on the meeting registration page. Any further assistance will be handled by SPIE Customer Service

Yes, before you upload your presentation, you will need to register. Please visit the meeting registration page for further instructions. Registration will open early January 2021. (Authors will be required to register for the Digital Forum and have an SPIE account.) Here is a link for full instructions.

The uploading link will be available from 19 January - 12 February 2021 to assure your research will be published and included in the Photonics West Digital Forum. Your adherence to the 12 February deadline is necessary for SPIE to process your content for inclusion in the Digital Forum. All contributed and invited oral presentations and poster presentations are not scheduled for a specific time and will be published on the first day of the Digital Forum and made available for on-demand viewing and comment during the period of the SPIE Digital Forum.

For all paid registrants, there will be two weeks of access to all the technical content, during the Digital Forum week and the week following. Paid conference registrants will have the opportunity to select their one proceedings volume and will then have ongoing access to it after the Digital Forum.
