Digial Forum author and presenter information

Recording your presentation is straightforward, and we’ve provided instructions and tips at the upload site. Upload your self-recorded presentation to the Digital Library platform: dcs20.spieuploads.com

During the live forum 27 April - 1 May 2020, check in at least once per day to answer posted questions about your presentation. Be sure to also post comments and questions to your colleagues’ presentations.

17 April 2020: Please review your work carefully and submit any revised presentation files before April 17. Revisions after this date will not be accepted.

27 April - 1 May 2020

We very much want all poster presentations to participate in the SPIE Defense + Commercial Sensing Digital Forum. We ask poster presenters to follow the same instructions as oral presenters on our upload page to recorded presentation (audio and PowerPoint).

Yes. Whether you were accepted as an oral or poster presenter, your paper will be published in the conference proceedings and on the SPIE Digital Library.

We will publish your proceedings manuscripts and make them available during Digital Forum week if received by 17 April. Otherwise, the extended manuscript due date of 18 May 2020 applies.

At this time, we can only accept presentations that have an audio narration.

The process, format, and functionality are the same.

Once received and approved, all presentations will be included in the SPIE Digital Library, organized by conference proceedings section, and available through search. After the week of the live Digital Forum, presentations will continue to be available to subscribers and subscribing institutions to the SPIE Digital Library.

Please contact your SPIE Conference Proceedings Coordinators: Aron Miller or Kirsten Anderson to coordinate requests for late submissions.

If you are unable to participate and need to withdraw your paper, please contact your SPIE Conference Proceedings Coordinators: Aron Miller or Kirsten Anderson.
