Sponsored Student Grants available to student members
Thanks to a new program funded by generous companies, student members have an opportunity to attend SPIE Advanced Lithography 2021 Digital Forum at no cost.
While funds last, financial support will be extended to any student member, with priority given to primary authors whose abstract submission has been accepted into one of the conferences at Advanced Lithography. All student members who wish to participate in the conference should apply for the grant, which will pre-pay registrations. Read below for information about the process, requirements and eligibility, and how to apply.

Application process
• Fee waivers will be selected through a lottery process
• Applicants will be notified shortly after the application deadline
• Priority will be given to student member authors; then co-authors and non-author applicants as funds allow
• Incomplete or late applications will not be considered
Please note: Students are not eligible if they have completed their PhD, ScD, or MD program.
Requirements and eligibility
• Applicant must be a student member of SPIE.
• Applicant must be a full-time student in a high school, undergraduate, or graduate program.
• Applicant must be planning to attend the Advanced Lithography Digital Forum.
• Author applicants must have an accepted paper.
• Author applicants must submit a manuscript to be published in the Proceedings of SPIE.
• Author applicants must be available to present in the Digital Forum.
