Sponsored Student Grants available to student members

Thanks to a new program funded by generous companies, student members have an opportunity to attend SPIE Advanced Lithography 2021 Digital Forum at no cost.

While funds last, financial support will be extended to any student member, with priority given to primary authors whose abstract submission has been accepted into one of the conferences at Advanced Lithography. All student members who wish to participate in the conference should apply for the grant, which will pre-pay registrations. Read below for information about the process, requirements and eligibility, and how to apply.

Thank you to our generous sponsors:

ASML Fractilia
KLA LAM Research

• Fee waivers will be selected through a lottery process
• Applicants will be notified shortly after the application deadline
