Registration Pricing and Dates
All online charges are made in US dollars at the current exchange rate. Conference registration prices increase by US$150 after 8 February 2019 (Students increase US$75 and Courses by US$75).

Registration Options

Technical Conference Badge
A full technical conference registration fee include admission to all conference sessions, plenaries, panels, technical events, poster sessions, the SPIE Advanced Lithography exhibition, welcome reception, and choice of Proceedings (Please review the proceedings list before you register. You will need to fill in your choice on the registration form.)

Welcome Reception Guest Tickets - $50 each
Welcome Reception included with paid registrations. Registered attendees may purchase Guest Tickets.

Exhibition Registration - Free
Registration is free. Your badge gives you access to the exhibition.

Course and Workshop Registration
* Courses and workshops are priced separately. Course prices include applicable taxes

* Course-only registration includes your selected course(s), course notes, coffee breaks, and admittance to the exhibition

* Course prices increase $75 after 8 February 2019

* Onsite, please go to Course Materials Pickup after you pick up your badge. Allow yourself enough time to register, pick up your materials and get to your course

SPIE Member, SPIE Student Member + Student Pricing

* SPIE Members receive conference and course registration discounts. Discounts are applied at the time of registration.

* SPIE Student Members receive a 60% discount on all courses.

* Student registration rates are available only to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students. A student ID number or proof of student status is required with your registration.

* Registration Payments
If you are paying by cash or check as part of your onsite registration, wish to add a course, workshop, or special event requiring payment, or have questions regarding your registration, visit the SPIE Cashier.

* Receipts and Certificate of Attendance
Preregistered attendees who did not receive a receipt or attendees who need a Certificate of Attendance may obtain those from the SPIE Cashier or at Badge Corrections and Receipts.

* Badge Corrections
Badge corrections can be made by the SPIE Cashier or at the Badge Corrections station. Please have your badge removed from the badge holder and marked with your changes before approaching the counter.

Refund Information
There is a $50 USD service charge for processing refunds. Requests for refunds must be received by 14 February 2019; all registration fees will be forfeited after this date. Membership dues, SPIE Digital Library subscriptions or Special Events purchased are not refundable.

U.S. Government Credit Cards
U.S. Government credit card users: have your purchasing officer contact the credit card company and get prior authorization before attempting to register. Advise your purchasing agent that SPIE is considered a 5968 company for authorization purposes.
