Advanced Lithography Digital Marketplace 22-26 February

SPIE Advanced Lithography 2021 will take place online in February and will include the Marketplace, where attendees people come to find new products and make important business connections. Five days of presentations and special events offer opportunities for interaction with potential customers. Participating companies will be able to share their offerings, provide product demonstrations, and make important connections online.

SPIE staff is reaching out to companies with 2021 contracts with specific details about the transition from an in-person exhibition to a digital marketplace. New companies wishing to participate in the digital marketplace can find information below or contact SPIE sales.

The Digital Forum and Digital Marketplace will run from 22-26 February 2021. 

If you made a reservation, you are responsible for cancelling your own reservation and may be liable for any penalties.

No, all in-person exhibitor and sponsor contracts will be cancelled. An Advanced Lithography Digital Marketplace Contract is required for your company to participate in the online event. You may request that the money that you paid for your booth be used to pay for your digital forum participation and push the balance toward your booth for next year. For sponsorship opportunities, contact spiesales@spie.org.

Yes, you may request to apply credit toward a booth at next year's event or receive a refund.

Login to your Exhibitor Dashboard. Only the designated company liaison(s) have access to the dashboard. If you need to be added as a liaison or for assistance, contact exhibitions@spie.org.

Points will not be awarded for Digital Forum participation. The points your company had at the end of the event last year will be the points you start with for the event next year.

Yes, download and complete the Marketplace Contract to participate in the online event, even if you were not previously contracted for the 2021 event.

Yes, all participants are required to register themselves. Registration is scheduled to open in early January. Registration includes access to company listings, company videos, product demos, chat feature and more.

Yes, you will need to register and pay the conference fees. Registration is scheduled to open in early January. Your conference registration fee includes: Access to the Digital Forum and all live and on-demand technical presentations and talks. Q&A interaction with the speakers during live sessions, participating companies, videos, presentations and interaction with company representatives, poster sessions, industry events and live networking.
