A new opportunity for students in 2021 — We are pleased to announce the Sponsored Student Grant, a new program to ease the financial burden for students and to help increase student participation in SPIE Advanced Lithography.

While funds last, financial support will be extended to any student whose abstract submission has been accepted into one of the seven Advanced Lithography conferences and will pre-pay registrations for primary student authors. Additional funds will be extended to student co-authors.

Requirements for grant eligibility:
• Applicants must be student authors
• Students must be SPIE members
• Students must submit manuscript by specified date
