Paper Abstract
The TIPC has been combined with a CCD Microcamera to produce a unique image acquisition and processing system which has applications in widely diverse areas. This is a fully integrated system which utilizes important features of each component, including the COD camera, the computer, the video digitizer/processor and the displays. The system is a complete solution for many applications, but can also be used as an integral component for more complex systems. The structure, operation and examples of applications of this digital image processing system will be discussed in this paper.
