Paper Abstract

The paper probes the characteristics of PKM (Personal Knowledge Management) of high school faculty and the status quo. Aiming at the problems in the present situation, some countermeasures and encouragement mechanism are brought forward to help teachers improve their PKM, namely, cultivating their tacit knowledge, converting tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge, sharing their knowledge with each other, and so on, which will necessarily promote teachers' professional development and education informationalization.
