Paper Abstract
The paper presents algorithms for hands segmentation in digital images. Two approaches has be analyzed - segmentation
from images with full colour information and images with reduced colour information. The testing data used for
analysis of algorithms using colour information were videos recorded on Technical University of Warsaw with HD camera.
The videos with reduced colour information were acquired for the purpose of Visnet II project, using camera with a
filter which reduced colour information.
