Paper Abstract
Free space optical communication technology approach has a number of advantages; unfortunately, it can be severely
affected by atmospheric turbulence. Adaptive optics is the technology for correcting random optical wavefront
distortions in real time. This paper is the research of a wavefront sensorless adaptive optics system which, in contrast
with conventional AO systems, would offer reduced complexity, size and cost and would facilitate widespread
application. Resulting aberration correction is demonstrated in laser communication system.
