Paper Abstract
In any image post-processing system, an imperfect knowledge of the system point-spread function (PSF) leads to
errors in the estimation of the truth image from the image data. Here we treat the problem of PSF uncertainty
resulting from either uncorrected or partially corrected atmospheric turbulence related phase errors and its
impact on image estimation in the presence of Poisson count statistics.
