Paper Abstract
A high-speed sinusoidally-frequency-modulated optical reflectometry with continuous modulation-frequency sweeping
is proposed and demonstrated. In preliminary experiment, we succeed in measuring reflectivity distributions in 5-10
seconds, compared to several hundred seconds in conventional method.
