Paper Abstract

Nowadays, the personal navigation systems based on PDA are very normal but they can seldom describing or analyzing dynamically changing geographical information. Based on the Windows Mobile operation system, this paper provides a realization of the data-exchange and data-show between the mobile control center and the PDA user groups. Based on the static and dynamic characteristics, this system can make the dynamic element of the map to be shown in the custom layer and updated with the command of the control center in the real time by the GSM/GPRS wireless net and have the interrelated analysis between them by the filter algorithm of time and space. So it can help the PDA users to adapt the complex geographical environment.
