Analysis of DMD characteristics of laser-optimized multimode fibers

Paper Abstract

Differential-mode delay (DMD) versus wavelength curves, been calculated for laser-optimized multimode fibers of different specifications, are represented. Wavelength ranges, corresponding to minimum DMD value, are localized. Results of DMD curve smoothing under high-order mode suppression are also shown.
