Paper Abstract

Through introducing OGC specifications, the system structure of water resources information portal platform is discussed, the key technology and developing plan of WebGIS based on OGC specifications are brought up, a specific developing process and method are provided, and the WebGIS system is established; Meanwhile, the WebGIS system seamless integration into water resources information portal platform is realized by using eXo portal technology. It well solved the problem how to combine two different kinds information pattern of information portal platform and WebGIS, and enhanced the functions of information portal platform further more. Finally, the experimentation indicated that the pattern of integrating WebGIS and the water resources information portal platform could meet the water conservancy application demand basically.
