Bipolar beam forming electrodes

Paper Abstract

The forming electrodes are calculated for ribbon and cylindrical bipolar beams on basis of exact parametric equations for equipotentials in the first case, combination of analytically continued plane bipolar diode equation and integral form of solution for Laplace equation in the second case.
