Ve have used the fluorescence recovery after photobleachin (FRAP) method to study translational dynamics of membrane-bound immune system components. Ve present the diffusion coefficient measurements of HLA class I and class II antigens and LCA antigens selectively labelled on the surface membrane of lymphocytes. 1.
