Paper Abstract
In this paper, Brillouin amplifier is experimental studied. Energy extraction efficiency, energy amplification factor of the seed, and pulse-width compression ratio of the pump to the Stokes output and that of the seed to the Stokes output versus power density of the pump and the energy ratio of the seed to the pump is given.
