Optical lengthening of fiber in photopolymer

Paper Abstract

The optical forming of the waveguide from low absorbing photopolymerizing composition upon self-channeling of light leaving fibers is numerically and experimentally investigated. The waveguiding channel is shown to be formed practically at any mode structure of initial radiation. The lengthening of 50 micrometers fiber was experimentally confirmed.
