Paper Abstract
The purpose is to provide an understanding of the terminology and performance attributes that define a CRT display system to users and specifier's of softcopy imaging. Starting with the fundamentals that influence display attributes and how they are interrelated, the participant will be able to understand, interpret and evaluate specifications form vendors that affect front of screen quality and how to quantify using commercially available test patterns.
