Paper Abstract

A sliding-discharge excited SF6:propane-butane:N2 laser emitting simultaneously in the UV and IR region is investigated experimentally. The shapes of the voltage, current and laser (UV and IR) pulses are obtained and shown in their sequence. The IR laser spectrum consisting of more than 20 separated lines is registered and their intensity redistribution is found out when the N2 pressure increased.
